Buffalo Bills pick Florida P Tommy Doman in seventh round: Highlights, stats
The Buffalo Bills added depth to their special teams unit by selecting Tommy Doman in the seventh round (No. 239 overall) of the 2026 NFL Draft.
Doman, who spent his final college season with the Florida Gators football, impressed scouts with his consistency and hang time. In 2025, he recorded 50 punts for 2,202 yards, averaging solid field position control while appearing in every game.
One of his standout traits is elite hang time—he led the FBS with an average of about 4.5 seconds per punt, helping limit returns and pin opponents deep. He also placed 17 punts inside the 20-yard line and earned All-SEC recognition for his performance.
Originally a kickoff specialist at Michigan before transferring to Florida, Doman brings versatility as a holder and kicker in addition to punting duties.
With the selection, Buffalo creates competition at punter heading into training camp, where Doman will look to translate his strong college production into a roster spot at the next level.
