Greg Taylor was shocked by Kyogo’s account of his goal in Celtics’ 3-0 victory against Rangers.

The Japanese striker’s goal proved to be a turning point in a match early in the Scottish Premiership season that saw Celtic solidify their dominance.
Daizen Maeda and Yogo’s goals in the first half gave Celtic a comfortable lead during the derby at Celtic Park, and they set the tone for a game in which Rangers found it difficult to have a major effect. Callum McGregor’s spectacular goal in the second half sealed the win even further.
After the game, Brendan Rodgers shared sincere celebrations with his squad, and the mood was obviously joyous. This triumph not only maintained Celtic’s unbeaten start to the league season but also tipped the historical odds in favor of Celtic’s head-to-head derby victories.
Kyogo’s hilarious and straightforward justification for his goal: “I didn’t see the goalkeeper.” I saw that I was able to shoot. Aim. Objective. Happy!—spoken in a Celtic TV interview, making his teammate Greg Taylor giggle.
From a Celtics standpoint, who lead the league going into the international break, it was an excellent day.
Celtic will host Hearts following the international break, and they will then play Bratislava at home to begin their Champions League campaign. The next weekend will see League Cup action return to Celtic Park. In the Premier Sports Cup quarterfinals, The Hoops will host Falkirk. I hope Yogo stays healthy for the upcoming schedule of games.
