REPORT: Millwall 3-1 Preston — Lions secure second win of the season after impressive first-half display

MILLWALL claimed victory in what was a fantastic first-half display for the Lions. Macaulay Langstaff finally scored for his new side, but Preston ultimately made the home team work for their three points after scoring late and finding themselves with an extra man when Aidomo Emakhu stupidly got himself sent off.

Casper De Norre then struck a volley from outside the area that rattled the crossbar on the ten-minute mark — the Belgian came agonisingly close to scoring what would have been one of the goals of the season so far in the Championship.
