Rangers’ most recent business deals are mostly about limiting the damage after the club missed out on the Champions League this season.
A financial expert named Stefan Borson told Football Insider that the Scottish giants should focus on making more money in European games if they want to get their finances in better shape.
Rangers revealed on September 2 that Elior would be the club’s new food and drink partner starting right away. The deal is thought to be worth a club record £2 million a year.
The Glasgow team also announced on September 18 that they had reached an agreement with the Kindred Group that will keep the Unibet brand as the club’s front-of-shirt sponsor after this season.
It is thought that the current deal with Kindred is worth about £1.5 million a year. However, that amount will go up a lot when the new terms start next season.
Rangers could get up to £3 million a year from the new shirt sponsor deal, but it depends on how well they play.
