TransferWatch.nl reports that the midfielder and Leeds have come to a personal terms deal.

According to additional reports, Leeds and Sheffield United are currently discussing a contract to complete the transfer.

In August 2023, the Blades paid more than €17 million to acquire the 27-year-old from Coventry City. He made an impression during his Premier League debut season with Sheffield United.

Over 40 games across all competitions, Hamer managed five goals and eight assists. His impressive performances appear to have persuaded Daniel Farke’s side to place a wager.

The Brazilian’s deal expires in 2027, and Sheffield United is willing to allow a transfer as long as Leeds offers a “substantial amount.” The price that Chris Wilder’s team is requesting or the amount that the Whites could offer are not mentioned in the story.

The transfer is “expected to be completed” before the window shuts on Friday, and the parties engaged in the transaction are optimistic.
