NEWS NOW: Speak For Themselves – Millwall Boss Picks Out Trio As Creative Spark

After six games in the Championship, the Lions are now ranked eighteenth, indicating a poor start to their campaign.

They have four points from their last three games, including a 3-0 victory over Sheffield Wednesday, out of their total five points thus far.

Harris maintained that Duncan Watmore, Romain Esse, and George Honeyman’s performances and numbers speak for themselves.

The head coach of the Lions emphasised that those three players are offering his team the most inventive play this year.

Regarding which players are providing his side with the creative spark, Harris told the South London Press, “Duncan and Romain’s numbers speak for themselves and George Honeyman’s performances speak for themselves. It’s just that end product that’s missing from G’s [Honeyman] game at the moment but we’re confident that will come.”

“They currently play a significant role in our creative game.”

This Saturday at the Den when the Lions host Preston North End, Harris will be trying to harness the might of his creative trio.

Last season, the two teams drew 1-1 in their two matches.
