Following Millwall’s meek elimination from the EFL Cup on Tuesday night, Neil Harris stated he accepted “full responsibility” for the extensive changes he made to his team.

Daniel Agyei, a former AFC Wimbledon player, scored the game’s lone goal in the first half at The Den to secure Leyton Orient’s place in tonight’s third round draw.

Millwall was unable to challenge O’s keeper Zach Hemming with a shot on goal.

The fact that Tom Bradshaw suffered what Lions head coach Harris called a “serious” hamstring injury added even more disappointment to the result.

“To be honest, I didn’t recognize a Millwall side tonight,” admitted the club’s all-time record striker. I felt very let down.
