Sevilla must let go of a few players in order to cover their payroll costs. According to the source, the major goals are Joan Jordán and Montiel, and it will be simpler for them to break up with the fullback.
He has expressed interest in completing a loan agreement with PSV Eindhoven that includes a buyout option. The Dutch club gave up trying to sign the Argentina international since he wasn’t interested in playing for them.
Although they aren’t the only English team in the picture, Nottingham Forest doesn’t rule out bringing him back.
Everton has inquired about the Copa América winner, according to people close to him, as reported by ABC Sevilla. Although it merely states that they have made contact, the report’s title claims that the Toffees are joining the defender’s bidding.
According to journalist Ural Iugt, Everton and Borussia Dortmund have entered the fullback’s chase. He continues, “talks are underway” for Montiel to permanently depart Sevilla, but neither team has yet to present an official offer.
