In a lacklustre cameo, he nearly gave away a penalty. The 26-year-old has received a great deal of criticism from across the pond, with McBride, a former player for the US national team, spearheading the outcry. “Across the backline, Antonee Robinson is the only one I give a grade to in this match, to be honest,” he remarked (Golazo America via Football Scotland).Cameron Carter-Vickers played poorly in the game and nearly cost the United States earlier; whatever the lowest grade we choose to assign a guy, that’s who he is. Ironically, it’s possible that Celtic supporters are privately relieved that Carter-Vickers didn’t stand out during his most recent international debut. The Parkhead supporters understand how important and reliable he is for the Hoops, therefore it will be nice if he doesn’t wow anyone on the big stage, especially scouts and possible suitors.
