During the summer, Jack Clarke left Sunderland for Ipswich Town. But after a slow start, does he think he made the wrong choice?
Last season, Jack Clarke’s goals mostly saved Sunderland. In fact, 15 of them may have even kept the Black Cats in the Championship.
There was a lot of talk that he would leave the club during the summer trade window.
Ipswich Town ended up signing Clarke, who is 23 years old, even though many Premier League teams were interested in him.
In the end, it came out that Sunderland only got £13.5 million for Clarke because they owed Spurs a 25% sell-on fee.
Clarke has played five times in the Premier League since coming to Portman Road and has set up one goal. Kieran McKenna’s team is currently 17th in the table and has not won a game yet.
Regis Le Bris’s Sunderland, on the other hand, are in first place in the Championship table and have found a new star on the wings in Romaine Mundle.
Will Jack Clarke be sorry that he moved from Sunderland to Ipswich Town?
The question of whether Clarke will regret moving to Ipswich Town was brought up on Total Sport.
