Celtic are now filling out their pre-season schedule beautifully as anticipation gets begun ahead of the new campaign.
Brendan Rodgers’ men are pencilled in to face Ayr United at Smerset Park on July 5th, which will cause a reunion between the Irishman and his former captain, Scott Brown, to mark the inauguration of their new North Stand.
Of course, there is also the chance of the Bhoys flying Stateside to look forward to later in the month, with three glamour fixtures set up against DC United, Manchester City and Chelsea.
Now, the club have announced their fifth friendly of the pre-season calendar as preparations continue for what will hopefully be another thrilling season.

Celtic confirm they will take on Queens Park in pre-season
Earlier today, Celtic revealed that they will take on Scottish Championship team Queens Park at The city Stadium (otherwise known as Lesser Hampden) on Wednesday, July 10th, with kick-off being at 7.45 pm [Celtic FC].
In the first confrontation between the two Glasgow teams since 2009, the Hoops will have an opportunity to obtain some great preparation before flying to the United States following their battle against Ayr United.
The club website states that the city Stadium has a capacity of about 900 supporters, therefore there will be no ‘public sale’ of away tickets for supporters to scoop up.
